I have been able to work for an awesome company out of Houston, Texas called Turtlebox Audio. They make high-end speakers that are insanely durable. They are heavily involved in music, hunting, fishing, rodeo, whitewater, surfing, sports, and more. As a result I have been able to work on wide range of projects for them for a ton of different audiences.
Roles: animation, design, video editing, sound effects
Work shown:
- End logo animation for video projects. We did a few versions for different use cases, but this one was inspired by their desire to emphasize the shape of the speaker. We ended up going with a more simplified version of this approach, but I also enjoyed this one for the potential tweaks that could be explored within the different layers of the speaker silhouettes.
- Ad that played at the Junior World Finals Rodeo.
- Ad for a new, portable speaker called the Ranger.
- Stadium graphics that played during Ole Miss football games.
- Turtlebox is an official athletics sponsor for Texas A&M University. The stadium graphics I created were also played at Kyle Field and Reed Arena.
- Type treatment tests
- Turtlebox will periodically send out update videos from the marketing managers of each community they are part of. They wanted to mimic news graphics of the 80s and 90s. I created a graphics package that could be easily updated for each new video.

Power Homes Remodeling Group had 160over90 build them a new website. From the home page, it would branch out to a "Customer" side and an "Employee" side. My job was to create a few looping backgrounds to emphasize some of the information the user would scroll to.

Done as part of a collaboration with 3 other people. Each person took on representing a season of the year and then combined them when we were finished. My season was summer. My individual contribution is shown first with the complete project after.

A collection of smaller projects and personal work I've done.
All design and illustration work done by myself with the exception of Canales & Co snake logo and The University of Vermont logo.
I was asked to help work on an animation for The Austin Stone Community Church who needed a video for a student ministry summer camp they would be holding. The project was called Sandcastle Kingdoms, and was based on the parable of Jesus Christ in Matthew 7 where he urges us to put our faith in the solid foundation of Himself, versus the sandy, crumbling foundation of anything else, for our ultimate good and joy.
My role was to design and animate the last three parts out of a total seven sections. Each section would be played on their own, but also needed to transition into each other for when all seven sections were played consecutively on the final night of the camp. My sections were just shy of two and half minutes total, and I had to design and animate everything in a little under two weeks.
You can also see a little more of my process on my Behance page.
From time to time I get lucky enough to work on a logo for somebody. I really enjoy the sketching and idea phase trying to figure out the best way to represent a company
Marble & Meringue word mark was done for a custom bake shop.
Seventry Handmade logo and custom typeface created for a handmade furniture company. Used for business cards and even a branding iron!
A few frames I did for an evolution-themed exercise. I decided to create a few frames based off the evolution of communication.
An animation I did for Good Soil, a charity that feeds and educates children in India. I had never really tried an illustrative look for an animation before this. I included some frames below to provide more detail.
